To celebrate the Year of Italian Roots in the World, the Municipality of Numana has organized a special event dedicated to the discovery of the territory and its traditions. A journey through time to rediscover the historical and cultural roots that make our region unique.

📍ALDO IURINI: THE LAST SHIPWRIGHT OF THE CONERO RIVIERA
Guided tour inside the artisanal shipyard where you will have the opportunity to meet Aldo Iurini, the last shipwright still “in service” of the Conero Riviera. During the visit, Iurini will give a demonstration of the craftsmanship and amanuensis of the boats, sharing stories and anecdotes of the seafaring life of Numana.

Techniques and creativity in ancient ceramics, from Prehistory to the Roman age
Illumination of ancient vases at the Antiquarium with guided tour followed by reproduction of ancient vases in the square with the methodologies of experimental archaeology, using the techniques of antiquity.
