The cultural event intends to rediscover the roots of the territory, for this reason in concert with other municipalities in the area that due to territorial contiguity, traditions and culture, the Roots Laboratories will be inaugurated, in which the visitor will be able to rediscover the ancient crafts, customs and traditions of the territory through the setting up of suggestive photographic exhibitions and itineraries, guided tours of the territories of the municipalities of Rotella, Montedinove, Amandola and Venarotta, to rediscover the artistic and monumental heritage and places of memory, gastronomic excellence and traditions of the area.

The Roots Week will be held from 5 to 10 August 2024, in conjunction with other important events to be held in August on the municipalities concerned in synergy with local associations, the Roots Workshops with its photographic exhibition can instead be visited until February 2025.
